Hi everyone! Thanks for checking out my website. I created this blog to share with you my adventures in living life as a gluten-free, fitness-loving, health-conscious foodie! I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance in April, 2015. Since then, I’ve had to make several lifestyle changes that have had an incredibly positive impact on my health. I started cooking for myself and I found that I have a passion for running! Who knew?
The purpose of this website is to share some of my recipes and culinary experiments, while also promoting healthy living and self-love. Yes, I realize how sappy that sounds, but trust me, this mindset has kept me sane during my senior year at Boston College.
I hope you will find something useful or inspiring as you follow me on my journey through post-grad life (which is rapidly approaching!). I’ll be cooking out of Mod 24B for a few more weeks before I move home for the summer and start grad school!
